It's a quiet night.

Just watched "The Blair Witch Project" for the second time (first time was way back in '99), and I must say it still creeps me out.

Anyway, I did practically nothing today. Well, except for going to CVS to apply for a job. I would have applied sooner had I not gotten ill the last couple of days. I guess I'm still adjusting to the climate here.

It's not too warm, but the humidity was almost always near 80 or 90% when we got here that it felt warmer than it really was. That's why I always liked it when it rained. Well, not so much when there's lightning. I still remember the few hours we were driving to Tucson when it started to rain heavily and there was lightning. That really scared the s**t out of me.
Anyway, that's all for now.

P.S. - Today marks our first month here in Houston.

P.S.2 - Also, I got myself a copy of Mr. Fillion's "Bliss" artbook ordered online. Hopefully, I still get a signed copy. XD

Moving and all that stuff.

It's been a while since I updated. This is going to be short.

We're moving next week. To Houston. For about 3~6 months. It's going to be a little different, what with a new state, but I'm very certain everything will be all right. My co-workers have been joking about me walking around wearing cowboy gear, or me snogging with cowgirls though. The thought of it seems a little ridiculous though. Are Texans always stereotyped to wear cowboy/girl gear or even be good at a rodeo? They're more than that. But, I digress.

I've already packed about half of my things. I just need to put up the rest of my CDs and mangas in a box.
Also, I was able to buy Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Season 5, the one in the cool looking pizza box packaging. I've watched about 3 episodes, and it really brings back great memories. Now, all I need to do is get the rest of the DVDs released previously.

5 years + mini disney vacation

On this day five years ago, we left the Philippines for the U.S.
You can say today's the fifth anniversary ng pagdating namin dito sa States~

And, it only took us over five years to finally decide to go to Disneyland (we're going on the 16th and 17th!!!). \(^o^)/
I'm looking forward to Space Mountain and California Screamin'. ^^

Mum's Day & 'My Weekly Crap'

Before I begin, let me greet all the mothers out there a big "Happy Mother's Day!!!"
I already have today taken care of. I bought mum a Nora Roberts novel she has yet to read. (^_^)

With that out of the way, let's get to business.
I've been bit by the Star Wars bug again. In the past week, I've seen the original trilogy and episode I, and then, not thinking, I got "Flight of the Falcon" and "Lego Star Wars."
Lego Star Wars was great, but I think I just wasted $14 with F-o-t-F. (-_-') I finishes Lego Star Wars in two-and-a-half days though. XD
All I need to do now is watch episodes II and III, but I probably won't do that till Tuesday since I'm working the next two nights.

I guess that's it for now. I've just been busy with work and trying to get everything I've planned started.

It's officially Thursday, and I'm off from work. Do I have anything other than playing 'Far Cry Vengeance' and 'Pokemon Diamond' planned? Nope. So, any suggestions?

I want to go to Wal-Mart or any place that sells DVDs and buy 'The Queen' though. I've been wanting to watch that ever since it was released in cinemas.
